Culture of the company Culture of Google remains the same as when it was created. As Starter Company, It made groups of 10 to 20 engineers to work on one project and gave them full support. No managers having MBA were employed. Only one of the engineers would lead the group. For development however they engaged a very brainy and intelligent fresh PHD candidate and put him to work as manager above the existing team and this was a grand success experiment.
